Changes to team participants can be made up until 11.59pm Friday May 31 and will incur a $50 per person administration fee.

Entire teams who withdraw before the end of April will receive a 75% refund. Teams who withdraw up until the end of May will receive a 50% refund (alternatively team registrations can be carried over to the 2025 event).


In the event of public health concerns, extreme weather or surrounding conditions, and in the interests of participants’ and staff safety, the Serra Terror Management reserves the right to cancel, reroute or delay any part of the Serra Terror event at short notice. Cancelled days will not be rescheduled.

Prior to cancellation and or amendments The Serra Terror Management team will consult with relevant interested parties including but not limited to Parks Victoria, DELWP, CFA and other appropriate state authorities.

Contingency plans may be implemented when the following conditions occur at any point along the route:

Extreme weather – including cold, high winds and wind gusts, excessive rainfall prior and forecast, lightning and atmospheric conditions, fire danger, natural environmental dangers.

Public Health – including but not limited to COVID related matters.


Notification of cancellation or modification will be made at the earliest possible opportunity. This time may vary and the process will vary pending the time of the amendment. Organisers will use a variety of communication methods including

In the case of event cancellation all services will be stood down.


If the Serra Terror is cancelled for any reason after April 1, participants may be entitled to a part refund, but this will be at the discretion of the Committee.
If the Serra Terror event is modified and or part of the event is cancelled, participants will not be entitled to any refund or part refund.
No responsibility is borne by the organisers for lost travel, accommodation, entry expenses or any other costs in relation to the event.
We appreciate your understanding of our no refund policy.
We strongly recommend that participants and support crews have personal insurance and ambulance cover.


It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they wear appropriate clothing, drink and eat appropriate foods / fluids and are fit for the challenge. It is the responsibility of the participant to make appropriate decisions about whether to start or continue participating based on their physical condition.
